It's when they post an ad online saying they can no longer keep their "puppy" due to unfortunate circumstances and is giving away their "Puppy." and only ask that you pay for the puppy's shipping fees ( airplane ticket ) through western union. Once you send them your money, you will never hear from them again. These scams are usually from Nigeria =/.
I almost fell for it once, but it was too good to be true, so I never went through with it. Thank goodness.
