With the swelling and not wanting to walk, I'd consider giving Benadryl and a pain med may need to be given. When in doubt, call the vet.

Because the rabies was given with other vaccines, you won't know what she is reacting too. It should always be given separately. Also, most dogs are not fully protected if they receive their last shots at 12 weeks.
