My other "tool" that I use is a spray bottle. I just give them a squirt and say NO. Now all I have to do is reach towards the spray bottle and everyone stops barking.

Spay bottle worked for Jackson too! I only do that when he starts barking at the cats when we visit my dad's house! It's definitely helped!
