Go with your gut instinct. I wanted to stay, but the groomer said better to go. After 20 minutes she phoned me to come as she couldnt do a thing with Molly. I went and stroked and talked to Molly while the groomer did her stuff...job done!
ps..ive groomed her myself evert since, and it works much better!
