Mommy says that someone broke the water and so she's waiting on the call from a horsepital. I don't udderstand what I hear sometimes 'cause I thought water was what Mommy rinsed the soap bubbles off with. Anyway, it must be a good thing because Mommy was cited and happy. Me? I'm just sleepy 'cause the phone woke me up. I just heard the clock make 3 sounds and it's dark outside.
But since I'm awake and Mommy's not paying tension, I'll see if I can think of anything else I've heard her say about my new friend. (She reads the notes you write and tells me I've got lots of new friends. That makes me happy and smiley inside.)
Mommy says my friend is bigger and older than me but not to worry. She says when I use my big girl bark I'm 10 feet tall so my friend must be really big! And Mommy says she loves the name of my friend cause it's a happy name. I don't know what that means at all but she says my friend has a fun name. Mommy says my name is sweet like candy and if I was any sweeter, I'd cause tooth decay. Sometimes I have no idea what she means but her voice gets really soft like a blankie when she says that.
I think I will try to sleep again before they call about the water but if Mommy says anything important, I'll let you know. Mommy says she's thinking pink but I don't know what that means. I think about toys and bones and new friends. All I know is she's been thinking pink since someone broke the water. And you know what? My Mommy says that it costs money when you break stuff. |
