Thank you so much everyone! I am a sucker for pooches (especially Yorkies) in need! I can not go on petfinder or to the ASPCA or else I would have 50 animals.
For those asking, I got it off eBay (I may be slightly addicted to eBay). I also got Tater a blue argyle vest harness from the same seller. It's too cute, but a bit too warm for it right now.
