Nothing....
During the day she has TJ to bother or play with
She is also 4.5 y/o ~ so she knows our routine. For all I know she is quite happy and content during the day, although she has taken to peeing where she should not
Bring some of your shirts (dirty with your smell on them) and put them in his bed or crate (if you are bring them) - so he can still kinda have YOU with him
Before you leave him, go in and out a handful of times, so he knows that YOU do come back for him.
When you leave for good, just leave - NO GOODBYES or kisses or anything like that. YOU are the pack leader and the pack leader comes and go without alerting the rest of the pack.
