Okay for the past 2 days, my computer will only scroll up/down with a cursor. I can't just use the up/down arrow. I first have to click on the screen to get the cursor up there then use the arrows. Anyone have any idea how this happened, or more importantly how I change it back? It is driving me crazy!! Thank you!!
