My Yorkie had a mole, I took him to the vet and it was fungus. He was put on antibiotics and a cream. The fungus dissapeared but another problem surfaced. He has flaky skin all around the site and his hair is falling. I took him yesterday to the vet again and he says it is alopecia. He prescribed a shampoo every 2 days and a vitamin pill a day. I am not sure the vet is doing everything he can, and I am afraid my Happy will loose his hair all over. Please, help me. The area that is now without hair is like a half dollar bill, and he is tiny, he weights 2.5 kilos and is 2 years old.
