hmm.. i have 3 yorkies blessed very well as each of them are house trained and take them self's out to the garden to toilet via the cat flap
only seem to have problems when its raining badly .. but they moan to go out just have to hold a umbrella over them lol
perhaps give him a puppy pad inside?
