Default I think I need to put some weight on my Yorkie puppy - how?

She is 3.7 lbs at 9 months, and seems very healthy - lots of energy, friendly, feisty, loving. However, she is really skinny. Her hair was cut a bit short last time, so that makes it more obvious, so maybe it's nothing to worry about. But also, sometimes in the AM, she gets really lethargic and throws up a little. It seems to be if she didn't eat some food right before bed that this happens. I can feed her from my hand, she'll eat like a little horse, and then gets better. I'm wondering if I can put some weight on her, healthfully, and alleviate this a bit. I don't think it's hurting her, and it happens less and less, but I just feel so sad for her when it does. We feed all of our dogs the Rachel Ray food, and they seem to love it. I could feed her something else, with more heartiness in it, separately once or twice a day though. Any suggestions?? Thx!!!
