Default Tiny Mouth = Too many Teeth

I now know its quite common for our little furbabys to have teeth removed , normally during spay/ neuter ops but oww how annoying!
Tia had her spay op at 6 mths and was told nope all fine in the mouth. Four months later after a routine check up she needs 2 teeth removed! The vet said its no rush in fact many yorkie owners leave it untill they are a bit older. So Im not in any rush to put her under the knife again so soon but can it wait or not? Apparently its the canine ones. Her adult teeth are there but her baby teeth are alongside them. He closed her mouth and there is no dis alignment there . He also said they could come out on there own. Anyone else wait till later?
