Is the crate really big? Sometimes if the crate is too big, they will use the bathroom inside of it. They only need a crate this is big enough to stand up and turn around in. You are giving her too much space in her crate and that is why she is most likley soiling her crate. Try to limit the space that you give her and she proabably wont go potty inside.
