Onni does the same thing; she HAS to have a sock in her mouth or anything convenient when she is excited, tired, scared or just wants to be cuddled. It is a hoot to see. We call it her pacifier. She will run around the house with her pacifier object until she is calm. She also grumps at us (the cutest little growl noise) whenever she wants something...or she is frustrated because we have not figured out what she wants.

Yorkies are truly a breed all their own. I am not sure they are 100% dog. They act like 4 legged fur humans! It is like having a perpetual 2 year old in the house.
