Default Your cute baby!

It's true, unless you intend to show your yorkie, weight & size shouldn't be an issue, afterall, you fell in love with her and she's a part of your wonderful family now! Ideally, most people go for the yorkies because of their diminutive size, usually around 3-7 pounds. Sad thing is, there are breeders out there that think if you put a male and female together, out comes the perfect yorkie. That is why it is so important that we all do our homework when shopping for our little yorkies. I've always said, go visit as many breeders as you can, afterall, the yorkie isn't going anywhere. It's so exciting to bring the puppy home, but you will be thrilled once you spend enough time learning about the breed, then you know what to look for. Her picture is so cute. About the person who sold you the yorkie and told you his daughter was over feeding it, I can't believe that. To me, it was a way to excuse the puppies size, he knew it was a little bigger then average. Either way, congratulations on your new pup. I have some great recipes on my "contact page", check them out at AKC Yorkshire Terrer Breed Standards! Are They Intelligent dogs?

They take time to make, but it's worth it. Some of the treats are great, I've tasted them, tell no one!
blessings,
sharon
