I can understand your concerns. Breeding can be risky even under the best circumstances. The female does determine the size but that still does not mean she can't have an over sized pup. Hopefully the vet will be able to determine if she can have a normal delivery by looking at x-ray, although that is not always accurate. Is this her first litter? My best advise is to just do plenty of research on whelping and care of the mom and pups after the whelping. Be sure to have a good emergency vet on hand and when her due date is near do not leave her alone. I do pray the whelping goes well. We will be here if you have any questions.
