If she can potty in one corner and sleep in another, it is too big. A lot of people put a piece of cardboard in the crate to make it smaller while they are growing.
How old is your pup? When they are young, you shouldn't expect them to hold it longer than their age in months, + 1. So a three month pup can generally hold it four hours. Maybe you need to take her out during the night?
