hmm I would keep telling him no everytime he gets up on the couch. However, this could be tricky to him if it is the same place you want him up on but only when you permit him too. Every time you say no and he stays down should give him a treat. but must be consistent on teaching him you don;t want him up there. i personally would just not let him up there just so he does not get confused. Positive reinforcement =D
