JMO - a Yorkie is either pet quality
or show quality. A show quality puppy can be sold as a pet. Though, most exhibitor/breeders would probably not sell a true show quality Yorkie as a pet, because the breeder would want the Yorkie to be shown. But, it does happen.
Still, it's the same dog. I don't see why the breeder should ask for more money depending on what the papers say. Did it cost her more to raise the pup because she is selling it with full registration?
I just don't get the reasoning in asking for more money. An $800 difference in the price of a puppy?
This is from the site:
Barbara has a young adult male available. His name is Copper and he is a very nice boy. He is just a smidge over a year old. He is $400 pet pick-up price. Email Barbara for details (edited).
If you are interested in him for breeding, he is $1200 with full AKC registration. He has an awesome pedigree and his picutures don't do him justice. If you would like to see his pedigree, email Barbara at (edited) and she can email you a copy.
