Hi!
We had to have nearly all of Sweetie's baby teeth removed by the vet - we were having her spayed so while she was under they pulled her teeth. She still had 1 that was way up on her upper gum - it eventually fell out. The only problem with not having them pulled (and they don't fall out) is it can damage the permanent teeth because food can get caught between the 2 sets & cause decay.
