Flax seed is very good for the omega's - but some dogs can be allergic to it.
I give 1/2 fish oil daily and 100iu of Vit E and the 1/4 tps of Aloe Vera. Right now the environmental allergies are bad, so Roxy keeps her cotton shirt on (the protect her skin from her scratching it raw) and I do have to give her 1/2 children chewable benedryl from time to time.
Also, the clothing detergent I use is Free of Dye and Fragrance and I do not use fabric softener either and I vaccum and dust every week.
Sometimes, you can only do so much
