Major consideration above!! My toy poodle years ago was used as a stud and I will never have another male dog that's been bred in my house again. The marking issues were terrible! His personality didn't change but the carpet had to be replaced before we could sell the house. No amount of tedious clean-up could fix that smell.

Think really hard about this and decide if it's worth that trouble.
