I should clarify, they are not trackable immediately if sent by regular air mail. They do not give you a number where you can punch it in and determine where the item is. It is trackable through Canada post, after 45 days. Now we do try to use express post or registered as it is trackable. Usually when someone orders 2+ items as it is not much more in shipping. When someone orders 1 item, registered/xpress is almost double the cost and most do not want to pay it. So if it gets lost the purchaser has to wait 45 days unless they are willing to pay the extra. There have been no issues with air mail to Canada and USA, one issue internationally. We are recommending all non NA orders use xpresspost or registered to ensure it arrives.
Registered is postage +12.95 for international (so like $18 shipped)
-postage + 12.95 for US (So around 18$)
-postage +7.50 for Can (So around $14)
Postage is expensive..... we are planning on upping or fees to force everyone to go registed however many ppl like the low cost shipping we have. What is everyones opinions??? |
