I hate to be the bearer of even worse news...USUALLY when a mill breeder de-barks a dog they do it as a pup and ram a rod down their throat to "break" the voice-box..They don't usually do anything with a vet that can be done at home. Good of you to have a mill dog. They are special, and need all the extra love they can get...
