Your right $20 is alot of money for an outfit that doesn't last. However, my thing was that she offered to exchange the items. I think your feelings were hurt by her when she said she didn't want you doing business with her anymore. She is obviously in a fragile state with the passing of her pup and I can sympathize with that. Sometimes people say things during a time of grief that they wouldn't normally say. I know you love your baby because you buy clothes for her and its like your little baby. Just think how you would be if you lost her. It will take this seller time to get back on track. I do agree that she should STOP DEALING WITH that manufacturer since this happened to both of the peices you purchased from that manufacturer. She does have to work more on quality control. I have to say you are very humble and that is what this forum is for. However, I just think that the circumstances are a little much with her dog dying. Like I said she probably wouldn't have been this way if her dog hadn't passed.

I was only making her aware of the quality issues and seeing if it was "the norm" for this line of clothing because my experience with similar items purchased from her hasn't been the same. What I'm most upset is the way she treated me in her email. I don't feel that it was very professional. I also don't think it's fair to tell me that she doesn't want to do business with me anymore because her products aren't all good quality. How is that my fault? There are things that I've purchased from her that I'm VERY happy. She deals with 2 different distributers and has admitted to me that one is good quality and the other is not so good.
I thought that's what this board was for? Posting reviews on YT sellers. |
