You are absolutely right. If Gillian would have said something along the lines of, "No, that is not the norm...I apologize that this happened to you. Thank you for letting me know". I would have dropped it right there. I am not a pushy person. I wouldn't have demanded that she exchange the item, although that would be the right thing for her to do. After owning a home-based business myself, I know how hard it is to get up and running. I truly wanted to see her succeed. That is why I was putting the word out about her business to family, friends, and YT members. Now, I just hope that noone is buying her products on my good word and ending up with something that is defective. That is the purpose behind this review. It's not to be spiteful, or because I was upset. It's only to make other potential buyers aware of what may happen.
