The seller and I didn't meet on YT. I found her randomly online while searching for Yorkie Canada stuff. As far as having more patience in dealing with this as to not escalate the situation, I'm not concerned about that. I will not do business with, or speak to someone who treats me that way. There are far too many reputable vendors in this world (and on YT alone) to worry about buying from one particular seller. Missy deserves THE BEST, products that fall apart after one wear are not good enough for my little girl.
What if she ate some of those gems? I would NOT be happy!!!
