LaQuinta is usually very pet friendly. Try the website, Take Your Pet. In any case, ask what their pet deposit is and any size limits although yorkies should not be any problem. We've been to Savannah and Tybee Island twice, early Dec for our anniv. and early July for JB Bday (hot, hit 100 and crackerjack Tstorms in the afternoon) and really enjoyed the area both times. First Saturday each month is a nice waterfront event. Paula Deans was ok, crowded. There are a lot of smaller places to have a bit to eat along the waterfront. Enjoy.
