We dealt with this for months. Our Snickers was pooping and peeing daily when we left him and it broke our hearts!! We dreaded leaving and coming home to see how much our baby suffered. He still to this day cries but we came up with something that works for him. We bought a baby playpen and placed it next to a window. We put a big folded fleece blanket inside and a bunch of stuffe animals and chew toys in it. We noticed immediately that he was much more calm while in hsi playpen when we were at home. Then we left and he did have a few accidents but we kept a belly band on him. After a week or 2, the accidents stopped and he was a much happier pup in general. We also leave music playing while we are out for noise. He loves looking out the window. Which ever confinement method you end up using, BE SURE to put him in that area while you are home!!!
