I am a strong believer in drowning awareness and actually run and created CONNOR CARES foundation ***** In Honor of Connor in honor of my 6 year old brother who we lost to a drowning at a country club pool in 2006. So, nobody needs to tell me twice the dangers of water and drowning! Drowning has affected and changed my entire life in ways I wish hadn't of happened. We have events and fundraisers every year to prevent drownings from occurring and I am a huge advocate for the prevention of it.
So, I definitely hope you all didn't get the wrong impression and think we are necessarily "allowing" this to happen. We always get them off the pool cover the minute they start to get on it, but this time, they had started playing and I thought it was cute so I snapped some pictures. | Sorry about your brother. It is nice that you have been able to channel your grief into action and helping with awareness.
