Everyone's pictures are so sweet. Noelle is just getting enough hair to put into a small ponytail. I can't wait until she has a full grown top knot! I think they are so precious. Any suggestions on how to get it started other than a latex rubber band?(or gum band for those of us Pittsburgh peopel!
