Shaunna, I have to agree with you. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this and you shouldn't have to. If people are going to have businesses, they need to know how to run them. I would be HIGHLY upset/pissed too if this had happened to me and the seller was being rude with me. 5 - 6 months isn't long at all to have a business so she may have another thing coming.
I can tell that the clothes haven't been washed.
I just canNOT get over how she is treating you! She is belittling you and it is NOT right. I think she very well deserves this post and if it were me and she was a registered business, I'd report her to the BBB. I think instead of treating you the way she is, she needs to be worrying about her clothing falling apart. This is insane!
I have had quite a few customers who were hard to please and I've had my business for around 4 months now. I NEVER talked to them this way and I NEVER will. I always made it right with them EVEN when I was in the right and they were in the wrong. |
