I agree with all of the outrage over this idiot's actions. But I think you really should report it. You could say you don't necesarily want any action at this time, just a report on file, in case you have future incidents. The police will take it much more serious if it is a repeat offense. The ASPCA is another resource to report to. You need to get this on paper. This guy sounds like the type that is not going to have an isolated incident. I am betting he will be a repeat offender; if not your pets, someone else's. |
