If you read my email about the defective clothing, I think it's pretty obvious that I wasn't upset. I was just asking if it's normal for this to happen to that particular line of clothing because I wanted her to be aware. Gillian has given me some nice deals for placing large orders in the past and she has allowed me to go to her home and pick up my purchases, which was a major advantage to me because I could see the items in person and it saved me $ on shipping. Her response to my enquiry about the gems falling off is what through me off. It is the way she treated me that has me the most upset. I don't feel that it was very professional or called for.
