I think it was her not so professional attitude toward the customers. It could have been a win win situation if she handled with not offending the customer and both the buyer and seller would have been happy. Then the buyer would have still bought from her again and also have good feelings about the buyer. I guess spending money for something defected(not the buyer or seller faults) can get someone upset. It ended up with negative feelings and the buyer losing another customer. This could have been prevented I htink
