It is good customer service to tell a customer that you are no longer going to do business with them because the product was defective? How is that my fault? And how about the Burberry overalls that had the same issue? She didn't offer an exchange on that!

ALSO, I never ever ever would have asked to exchange the booties or the mis-sized Tutu if she wasn't SO adament that exchanges were NO PROBLEM at all. Both of those products weren't used and were resellable. I didn't even out and out ask for an exchange, SHE OFFERED. So please don't make it sound like I'm a customer who's constantly asking for exchanges/refunds. I only asked to exchange the shoes because she made it clear that would be acceptable after Missy got them home and had the chance to try them on. The Tutu, I asked her opinion on the fit and she suggested I get something else instead.
