Oh! I'm so sorry that happened! I've been there and I know just how you felt. It's such a helpless feeling. If you have a loop on the end of the leash, be sure to put your hand through it and hold it with your hand just under the loop. If you don't have a loop, then make one. It's much easier to hold onto. You can relax now. Your baby is safe. They sure can scare you to death sometimes, though.
