She should see the vet since it's continuing.
It would be normal for a couple days because anesthesia can make them nauseous.
It is just about impossible to be sure that a dog isn't in pain because some try to hide it. She had a hysterectomy and I would be very opset that pain meds weren't offered. They can even make them sleepy which is good. I'd make sure her gums are pink and see the vet as soon as possible or at least call.
