First - let me tell you how thankful I am that there are people like you to foster these precious babies. There's a special place in heaven for you!

Second - I'd be in jail - no doubt about it! I defended one of my children when he was 7 years old, and almost ended up there. Thank God for witnesses!

Your neighbor has serious issues. Please be careful - another poster mentioned the possibility of him poisoning them and I'd worry about that, too.

But - I'd have had to kick his butt for him. He needs it badly!
