WOW! I cant believe that someone whom you thought was a friend...came on
to your property and kicked your baby..
for barking. That is the most ridiculous reason i have ever heard to hurt a dog. I hope little Bogey wasnt hurt by this Jerk! I would be cautious of this person the next time he comes on to your property. If it ever calms down to where you can talk to him...i would explain that these dogs are very small...and easily injured...and to think about how small "his" children are...and that Bogey weights as much as a newborn baby...and the thought of someone kicking something that small...how easy it would be to seriously injure or kill something that tiny. I am very sorry this happened to Bogey, and i would be very angry as well.
As for the screaming and yelling coming from his house, the next time that happens where it is really apparent,
i would call the police for a disturbance of the peace. BUT
dont make the allegation that he is beating his wife and children if you havent seen it. Couples fight...its true...most dont make it so loud that the whole neighborhood can hear it...but couples fight! His wife sounds like she works her tail off, working and trying to raise a family....you dont want to punish her and her children, by have her children taking away from her if there isn't any child abuse in the home.
If there is child abuse in the home, when the police come to investigate the disturbance...they will take in to fact that its a possibility and investigate it themselves. With so many calls...
THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THEM, DSS WILL GET INVOLVED. And besides you dont want to get sued for slander, if they can prove themselves innocent. But if you see definite child abuse do report it..just dont make allegations.
I agree that this man, needs some kind of professional help, and i hope he gets it.
