Yikes.
I am so new to all of this yorkie business, but to be honest I would "punish" her by putting her down off my lap ...probably into the kennel or something for a short period if she gets snappy, while telling her that's why. I guess a time out of sorts.
I hope you get it figured out soon, it's tough huh? Training good behavior is good but I haven't had much bad behavior to break my pup out of yet, aside from shoe chewing, and that's easy, "no no" take it away and put it in the closet where it should have been to begin with lol.
