If he's willing to hurt your dog, he's going to lose it on one of those children or the wife. I'm shocked you haven't called the police on them for all the domestics going on over there.
PLEASE, be concerned for their children. An angry people watching a crying baby is how most shaken baby cases happen. I can tell you it happens as fast as a car wreck and the baby's life is changed forever, if not ended. Please, keep a watchful eye on them.
