Yes, this is very sad and devasting no matter how you look at it!
This doesn't show that all show breeders are in it for the money you are getting information from an unreliable source, you know the news media loves to exaggerate and inflate a story to make it newsworthy...No one knows how much she actually gets for her dogs except for her. If you don't know her then you really don't know how much money she gets...but this is beside the point and shouldn't even be in the equation because of the travisty of losing precious living creatures.
