My childhood dog and best friend was Mickey too. He disappeard one night during a thunderstorm, and I never loved another dog until Sophie (who I bought when I was over 50 y/o). My Mickey was a terror too, but when he loved you, he gave you his whole self, just like your Mickey. Mine was a mixed breed, but he was very special. Hugs to you, and I know you will always have a special place for your Mickey in your heart.
