I see a lot of people on here ignore their vet's advice. It is much better to be safe then sorry. You can either wear a soft cone on him or a onesie but you need to limit his activity if you want him to heal properly especially if he's a jumper. He can get a hernia or if he tears his stitches he will need to be restitched so why take that chance.
