That process is called " Ear Plucking" I would really have your vet/groomer show you how to do this, because you can cause damage if you don't do it right. When I was a grooming assistant, we would use an ear powder to loosen the hair, and use a hemostat to pull the hair out of the ear canal. Good LUck!
