Usually you need to start out by confining them to a crate or an ex-pen. That's the only way I got it done. Worked on the rescues I got, too. Use the 'search' button at the top on the right hand side. There are lots of threads offering advice. Many have trouble with this issue. Not unheard of with Yorkies.
