I spoke with the secretary in the House Rules Committee (242-7673) office yesterday and she said that the bill was in a "good position" to be heard this session. Rhode Island's Rabies Control Board just voted to pass a 3 year protocol on Wednesday which included a medical exemption clause. Alabama is the last state to go.
