Wow!! I always had a cute little collar on my Lucky's neck.....but from now on it will be his harness for walking because he loves to stop and sniff, investigate and look for worms......lol It seems I always have to give a little nudge to get him started again.....So yeah.....after reading all this about their necks, it wil definatly be his harness!! Wouldn't want to risk anything!
