I know! I feel so bad when it rains all day and Nolee won't go out to pee! He will hold it until he possibly cannot and then go pee on the concrete near the edge of the covered patio. I will try a pee pad, but not sure Nolee will know that is what it is for. Thanks for posting this and the suggestions given by other members!
